January is National Radon Action Month and the safety of your family is why you should want to know the levels in your home. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in America, is odorless and sightless and the only way to know the levels is to Test.

A Radon Test is recommended on each inspection so the client can feel confident of the Radon levels. If there are elevated levels, the client can negotiate with the seller. Just because there are elevated levels of Radon, doesn't mean that it's a bad home, it just means the Radon levels need to be mitigated. Any level can be fixed.
