The founders of Image Innovators Ronel Le Roux and Kyla Blackwood-Murray are both internationally accredited with full AICI training. They joined the association in June of this year to ensure they can offer the best possible caliber of training courses to their students.
With the slogan of the company being “Your Potential is our Passion”, the company strives to bring the best quality course material and educational tools possible for students to leave the program with all the skills and resources they need to start their own image and beauty consultant companies.
The course is made up of three modules: Style & Image Management, Multi-Racial Advanced Colour Analysis and Business and Marketing Management and runs full-time for 12 days. It is a small investment of time and money to bring people closer to turning their passion for beauty into a viable career.
The Style & Image Management module covers topics including history, perception and development of the image industry, female body proportion, elements and principles of design, female face shapes, male body proportion, fundamentals of female attire, personal style expression, basic professional dress and more.
The second module focuses on Multi-Racial Advances Colour Analysis focuses on colour analysis and basic colour theory, basics of temperature, personal base colour direction analysis, secondary colour direction analysis, differences between male and female analysis, colour personality, psychology of colour and more.
The third and final module runs for one day and focuses entirely on business and marketing management. The goal of the last module is to prep students and give them the tools necessary to be able to go out into the industry and start their own company.
Topics covered in the business and marketing management module include self-belief and attitude, entrepreneurship, personal vision and skill enhancement, goal setting, marketing, finding and attracting clients and more.
